Williamsburg Tour
Jerry Hedgepeth provided the
promised tour of Colonial Williamsburg on Thursday,
October 6 at 10:00 a.m. The group met in front of the
Kimball Theater in Merchants' Square and walked on from there.
Jerry, who has been a volunteer tour guide for many years
gave to participants two hours of in-depth colonial history, including
Jamestown and Yorktown stories you probably haven't heard before.
After walking us from one end of Williamsburg to the other and
delivering non-stop information, Jerry got us a table at the The Blue
Talon restaurant, and lunch was excellent, but the conversation was even
better.
Those attending were:
Jerry Hedgepeth
Rodney Llewellyn
Jim and Trudy Michie
Jim and Anita Horton
Barbara Fowler Dewitt
Jack Shepherd
Willard and Myrtle Weaver
